Palmer is in line to serve as the Buccaneers' No. 3 wideout Sunday with Jalen McMillan (hamstring) ruled out, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.
Palmer will be returning to the role he filled throughout his 2023 rookie campaign, when he furnished a 39-385-3 line on 68 targets over 17 regular-season games and added four receptions for 88 yards and another TD during Tampa Bay's two-game postseason run. The Nebraska product has been stuck behind McMillan since the start of this season, but he could stand to benefit from plenty of single coverage Sunday as the Eagles likely devote resources to Mike Evans and Chris Godwin.
