Williams signed with the Buccaneers on Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Williams was released by the Lions on Thursday after signing a reserve/future contract with the team, but he's now on his way to Florida with Tampa Bay. The move is a reunion of sorts between him, head coach Bruce Arians and offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich, who were all together in Arizona.
