Winfield (ribs) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday.
Winfield has been out for the Buccaneers' last two games because of a rib injury he sustained back in Week 4 versus the Packers, but he was able to get back on the practice field for the first time since then Wednesday. He'll still probably need to manage a full practice Thursday or Friday to avoid carrying an injury designation into the weekend.
