Hillman rushed for nine yards on three carries in Thursday's preseason finale.
The lack of carries shouldn't concern Hillman fans too much. Hillman was last season's leading rusher, while his main competitor for the No. 3 job, Kapri Bibbs, is more of an unknown. What is of concern is that Bibbs performed well on Thursday and offers more special teams value at a lower cost. Whether or not Hillman and/or Bibbs make the team, C.J. Anderson and Devontae Booker are still locks to take up most of the carries barring injury.
