Surtain (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.
Surtain was a limited participant throughout Week 7 prep and had an outside chance to suit up for Sunday's game. The star cornerback isn't quite ready to return to the field, leaving Kris Abrams-Draine to once again fill in at outside cornerback opposite Riley Moss.
