Adkins left practice with a trainer Friday after presumably suffering some type of injury, but it looks like it wasn't anything too serious. He'll continue to compete with the likes of rookie fifth-rounder Justin Joly and Lucas Krull for a depth role at tight end during the upcoming campaign.
