Boone was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list Friday, Ryan O'Halloran of The Denver Post reports.
Boone was pulled from Friday's practice after reporting that he wasn't feeling well. While he hasn't been officially ruled out for Sunday's game against Detroit, it's highly unlikely that Boone will clear the COVID-19 protocol in time to suit up. The Broncos are optimistic that Melvin Gordon (hip/shoulder) will be able to play, but if Gordon and Boone both end up sitting, Damarea Crockett would be left as the lone backup to Javonte Williams.
