Gordon was cited Tuesday in Denver for DUI and speeding charges, Troy Renck of Denver 7 News reports.
In a statement released Wednesday, the Broncos noted that they are "aware of the situation" and are "in the process of gathering more details" pertaining to Gordon's arrest. As Renck notes, based on recent NFL precedent for DUI arrests, the running back could be facing a 2-to-3 game suspension. The report also relays that Gordon has an arraignment scheduled for Nov. 13. Following the postponement of Denver's Week 5 game against the Patriots -- which is now scheduled for Sunday -- the Broncos are slated to return to practice Wednesday. It's unclear if Gordon will participate in the session in the wake of his arrest.
