The Broncos signed Rowan on Friday, Luca Evans of The Denver Post reports.
Rowan has been in and out of Denver's facilities since going undrafted out of Utah State in 2025, and this will be his third time joining the team as a free agent. He'll need to make a big impression during training camp to have any chance at making the 53-man roster for 2026.
