Palmer (hamstring) has been ruled out for Monday's game in Minnesota, Maddy Glab of the Bills' official site reports.
Palmer exited last Sunday's win against the Ravens in the first half and wasn't able to return due to a hamstring injury. After not practicing Thursday or Friday, the Bills opted to keep him on the sidelines in Week 9, meaning Greg Dortch, Skyler Bell and/or Tyrell Shavers (knee, IR) may see WR reps behind the team's top trio at the position.
