Higgins (hamstring) was a full practice participant Wednesday, Jay Morrison of The Athletic reports.
Listed as a limited participant the day before, Higgins now appears locked in for Saturday's game in New England, though his hamstring injury has already caused a few anxious moments for fantasy managers this month. He played 80 percent of offensive snaps in this past Sunday's 34-23 win over Tampa Bay, catching five of eight targets for 33 yards and a touchdown.
