Mixon (illness) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Marisa Contipelli of the Bengals' official site reports.
Though an illness prevented Mixon from practicing this past week, he'll give it a go Sunday. Assuming no setbacks, he should lead the Bengals' Week 14 rushing attack, with Samaje Perine on hand to work in a complementary role and Trayveon Williams in reserve.
