The Bengals elevated York from the practice squad for Monday's game against the Cowbosy.
With Evan McPherson tending to a groin injury, York will make his Bengals debut Monday. The LSU product appeared in one game earlier this season for the Commanders and missed both of his field-goal attempts, one from 47 yards and the other from 56 yards.
