Hodge may have tweaked his knee during the 49ers' 36-30 win over the Cardinals in Week 3, when he played 54 offensive snaps without seeing a target from Brock Purdy. Hodge will have two more opportunities to log a full practice and avoid an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Broncos.
