Jamal Murray PG | DEN
Nuggets' Jamal Murray: Starting vs. Utah
Murray (personal) is in the starting lineup for Tuesday's preseason contest against the Jazz.
Murray didn't play in Sunday's preseason opener against Utah, but he gets the nod and is in the starting lineup for this rematch Tuesday. It remains to be seen whether the star guard will have a limited workload in this preseason contest, though that wouldn't be surprising. He's the No. 2 option on offense behind Nikola Jokic and isn't expected to play heavy minutes in preseason with the start of the 2026-27 regular season just around the corner.

Al Horford C | GS
Warriors' Al Horford: Won't play Wednesday
Horford will come off the bench for Tuesday's preseason game against the Lakers and he will not travel to Portland for Wednesday's exhibition, Anthony Slater of ESPN.com reports.
The Warriors will go with a small-ball starting lineup Tuesday, featuring Draymond Green and Yaxel Lendeborg in the post, with Horford shifting to the second unit. It's unlikely the 40-year-old veteran will earn enough consistent minutes in Golden State this season to warrant a roster spot in most fantasy leagues.

Draymond Green PF | GS
Warriors' Draymond Green: Limited Tuesday, won't play Wednesday
Green will be limited to around 20 minutes in Tuesday's preseason contest against the Lakers and won't travel to Portland for Wednesday's back-to-back against the Trail Blazers, Anthony Slater of ESPN.com reports.
The Warriors are being cautious with Green's workload in the preseason, so he'll be limited to around 20 minutes Tuesday and won't suit up Wednesday. This is part of a long-term picture, as the idea is to have Green as healthy as possible for the start of the regular season against the Lakers on Oct. 21.

Gui Santos SF | GS
Warriors' Gui Santos: Starting against Lakers
Santos will start in Tuesday's preseason game against the Lakers, Danny Emerman of SFStandard.com reports.
Al Horford will move to the bench, so Santos will be back in the starting lineup versus Los Angeles. The 24-year-old is coming off his most productive campaign in 2025-26, averaging 9.2 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.3 assists over 20.5 minutes in 68 regular-season games, including 30 starts.

Brice Sensabaugh SG | UTA
Jazz's Brice Sensabaugh: Out again Tuesday night
Sensabaugh (hip) won't play in Tuesday's preseason game against the Nuggets.
A left hip injury will keep Sensabaugh off the floor for the rematch with Denver. The Jazz will likely be cautious with the 22-year-old, so it's reasonable to believe he could also miss Monday's exhibition versus the Spurs.
-
Jusuf Nurkic C | UTA
Jazz's Jusuf Nurkic: Ruled out Tuesday
Nurkic (foot) is listed as out for Tuesday's preseason game against Denver.
Nurkic is dealing with a foot issue, so he will miss Utah's second preseason game on the schedule. With Kyle Filipowski (back) also sidelined, Jaxson Hayes, Mo Bamba and Jonas Aidoo should handle the bulk of the minutes at the center position.
-
Kyle Filipowski PF | UTA
Jazz's Kyle Filipowski: Won't play Tuesday
Filipowski (back) is out for Tuesday's exhibition versus the Nuggets.
Filipowski has yet to play or practice since the preseason began on Oct. 4. His next chance to suit up will come next Monday against the Spurs.

Herbert Jones SG | NO
Pelicans' Herbert Jones: Starting Tuesday vs. OKC
Jones is in the starting lineup for Tuesday's preseason game against the Thunder, Andrew Lopez of Gulf Coast Sports & Entertainment Network reports.
Jones will start on the wing, with Zion Williamson and Yves Missi as the frontcourt pairing. The former Alabama standout was limited to just 56 regular-season appearances in 2025-26 and averaged 8.9 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.8 assists while logging 28.4 minutes per game. If he stays healthy, he should be a lock in the starting unit.
-
Saddiq Bey SF | NO
Pelicans' Saddiq Bey: Not starting against Thunder
Bey will not start in Tuesday's preseason game against Oklahoma City, Andrew Lopez of Gulf Coast Sports & Entertainment Network reports.
Bey will come off the bench in the Pelicans' first preseason game. The veteran signed a three-year extension in September after averaging 17.7 points, 5.6 rebounds and 2.5 assists over 31.2 minutes per contest in 72 regular-season games in 2025-26.
-
Yves Missi C | NO
Pelicans' Yves Missi: Starting Tuesday
Missi will start in Tuesday's preseason game against the Thunder, Andrew Lopez of Gulf Coast Sports & Entertainment Network reports.
Joining Missi in the first unit for Tuesday's exhibition will be Dejounte Murray, Herbert Jones, Trey Murphy and Zion Williamson. Across 14 starts last season, Missi averaged 7.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, 2.1 assists and 1.9 blocks per contest.
