Michael Porter Jr. SF | BKN
Nets' Michael Porter: Sitting out Thursday
Porter will not play in Thursday's preseason game against Philadelphia due to left wrist soreness, Brian Lewis of the New York Post reports.
Porter's absence comes after he scored 16 points in Tuesday's preseason win over Charlotte. The Nets haven't indicated whether the wrist issue will affect his availability beyond Thursday, though his next opportunity to play will come in Brooklyn's next exhibition contest.

Andrew Nembhard PG | IND
Pacers' Andrew Nembhard: Quiet offensive outing
Nembhard registered four points (2-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt), two assists, one rebound and one steal in 16 minutes during Wednesday's 123-112 preseason victory over Minnesota.
Nembhard had a relatively quiet scoring performance while starting alongside Tyrese Haliburton. With Haliburton returning to action, Nembhard's preseason usage will provide an early indication of how Indiana plans to distribute backcourt responsibilities.
-
Kelly Oubre Jr. SF | IND
Pacers' Kelly Oubre: Active in limited minutes
Oubre finished with five points (1-1 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two assists, two steals and one rebound in 10 minutes during Wednesday's 123-112 preseason victory over Minnesota.
Oubre made his only field-goal attempt and contributed defensively during his brief appearance. The veteran wing will look to establish a consistent role in Indiana's rotation as a key part of the second unit.
-
Obi Toppin PF | IND
Pacers' Obi Toppin: Scores 10 off bench
Toppin recorded 10 points (4-5 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT), two rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block in 11 minutes during Wednesday's 123-112 preseason win over Minnesota.
Toppin provided efficient scoring off the bench as Indiana continued evaluating its frontcourt rotation. The veteran forward should remain a source of scoring and athleticism for the second unit, though his fantasy value will depend on his playing time.
-
Jaden McDaniels SF | MIN
Timberwolves' Jaden McDaniels: Drains four triples
McDaniels finished with 16 points (6-10 FG, 4-6 3Pt), three rebounds, one steal and one block in 21 minutes during Wednesday's 123-112 preseason loss to Indiana.
McDaniels delivered an efficient performance from beyond the arc while contributing defensively. His ability to provide perimeter shooting alongside his usual defensive production should help maintain his value in Minnesota's starting lineup.
-
Anthony Edwards SG | MIN
Timberwolves' Anthony Edwards: Scores 19 points Wednesday
Edwards recorded 19 points (5-10 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 5-6 FT), one rebound and one assist in 20 minutes during Wednesday's 123-112 preseason loss to Indiana.
Edwards was efficient from beyond the arc, connecting on four of five three-point attempts while playing limited minutes. The star guard continues to benefit from Minnesota's revamped offensive attack, with LaMelo Ball providing another playmaking option in the backcourt.

Robert Williams III C | POR
Trail Blazers' Robert Williams: Dominates rim against Golden State
Williams played 14 minutes off the bench in Wednesday's preseason win over the Warriors, scoring eight points (4-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt) and adding five rebounds, five blocks, an assist and a steal.
It was an impressive defensive showing from Williams, who should form an intriguing tandem in the paint with Donovan Clingan if he can stay healthy. Williams' 59 regular-season games played last season represented his highest total since 2021-22 with the Celtics, and he was on the court for only 26 total contests the two seasons prior.

Deni Avdija SG | POR
Trail Blazers' Deni Avdija: Hits for team-high 23 in preseason win
Avdija scored a team-high 23 points (9-13 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 2-4 FT) while chipping in two rebounds and two assists in 21 minutes during Wednesday's preseason win over the Warriors.
Only four Trail Blazers scored in double digits as 17 different players got court time, but Avdija provided some stability to the shifting lineup around him. Even after the offseason additions of Ja Morant and Damian Lillard to remake the backcourt, Avdija figures to be one of the focal points of Portland's offense after a breakout 2025-26 that saw him average 24.2 points, 6.9 boards, 6.7 assists, 1.9 threes and 1.4 combined steals and blocks over 66 regular-season games.
-
Dalen Terry SG | GS
Warriors' Dalen Terry: Nears triple-double in preseason loss
Terry played a whopping 43 minutes in Wednesday's preseason loss to the Trail Blazers, scoring 23 points (9-18 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT) and adding nine assists, eight rebounds and four steals.
The 24-year-old forward got a big opportunity as the Warriors rested most of their key rotation players, and Terry took advantage. He faces an uphill battle to crack the NBA roster, but the 2022 first-round pick offers some experience if injuries create an opening. Terry split last season between the Bulls and Sixers, averaging 11.5 minutes over 48 regular-season contests.
-
Miles Kelly SG | GS
Warriors' Miles Kelly: Impresses off bench Wednesday
Kelly scored a game-high 24 points (8-16 FG, 6-11 3Pt, 2-4 FT) while adding seven rebounds, six assists, one steal and one block in 28 minutes off the bench during Wednesday's preseason loss to the Trail Blazers.
The 23-year-old guard is only on a training camp deal and is expected to begin the season in the G League, but Kelly may have given the Warriors something to think about with Wednesday's strong performance. He made his NBA debut with the Mavericks last season after going undrafted out of Auburn, averaging 9.6 minutes over 14 regular-season games.
