  • Kings' Dylan Cardwell: Blocks four shots in win Saturday

Cardwell finished with eight points (3-4 FG, 1-6 FT), eight rebounds, two assists, two steals and four blocks across 28 minutes in Saturday's 79-76 California Classic Summer League win over Brooklyn.

Cardwell didn't do much on the offensive end, though he shined defensively by accumulating two steals and four blocks. The 24-year-old averaged 5.4 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.5 blocks and 0.7 steals over 20.6 minutes in 44 regular-season appearances with the Kings in 2025-26. While Cardwell has plenty to offer, he may have trouble finding minutes behind Domantas Sabonis (knee) and Maxime Raynaud. He will also need to address his free-throw shooting. If not, Cardwell could have an even tougher time getting involved.

  • Egor Demin PG | BKN

Nets' Egor Demin: Leads Nets in scoring Saturday

Demin (foot) finished with 23 points (8-15 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 3-4 FT), seven rebounds and one assist across 24 minutes in Saturday's 79-76 California Classic Summer League loss to Sacramento.

Demin shot a rough 2-for-8 from deep in the narrow loss to the Kings. However, despite the shooting woes, the 20-year-old managed to log 24 minutes, which was an encouraging sign after he underwent foot surgery in March 2026. Demin had a relatively productive inaugural campaign, averaging 10.3 points, 3.2 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 0.3 blocks and 0.8 steals over 25.2 minutes in 52 regular-season appearances. With Julius Randle, Michael Porter and 2026 No. 6 overall pick Mikel Brown on the roster, Demin may not get routine scoring opportunities in 2026-27, though he should be more productive than he was as a rookie, assuming he stays healthy.

  • Kings' Darius Acuff: Scores game-high 25 points in win

Acuff finished with 25 points (9-29 FG, 1-9 3Pt, 5-7 FT), two rebounds, three assists and one steal across 30 minutes in Saturday's 79-76 California Classic Summer League win over Brooklyn.

Acuff shot an inefficient 9-for-29 from the field and 1-for-9 from three-point range in his first Summer League appearance. However, he still looked good for the most part, scoring a game-high 25 points. The 2026 No. 7 overall pick is coming off a quality season at Arkansas in 2025-26, averaging 23.5 points, 6.4 assists, 3.1 rebounds, 0.3 blocks and 0.8 steals over 35.1 minutes in 36 games. Acuff also shot 44.0 percent from deep, so there's reason to believe he will return to form once he gets acclimated to life at the professional level.

  • Cody Williams SF | MIN

Jazz's Cody Williams: Nets 17 points with three stocks

Williams recorded 17 points (8-13 FG, 1-1 3Pt), five rebounds, one assist, one steal and two blocks across 34 minutes during Saturday's 103-102 Summer League overtime win over the Hawks.

Williams put his athleticism on display with some thunderous throw-downs, though he could have done a better job of taking care of the rock, as he committed six turnovers. Still, the Jazz escaped with an overtime win and will look to keep the momentum going Monday against the Grizzlies.

  • Jazz's Darryn Peterson: Scores 28 points with two swats

Peterson popped off for 28 points (11-21 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 2-3 FT), five rebounds, two assists and two blocks over 27 minutes during Saturday's 103-102 Summer League overtime win over the Hawks.

Peterson showed off his defensive hustle with a chase-down block early in the game, and he wasn't shy about asserting himself on offense. The No. 2 overall pick carved up the Hawks' defense with ease before icing the game with a clutch step-back three in the closing seconds of overtime. The rookie will look to build on the performance Monday against Memphis.

  • Zuby Ejiofor PF | ATL

Hawks' Zuby Ejiofor: Pulls down 11 rebounds in loss

Ejiofor racked up eight points (2-7 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 11 rebounds, two assists and three steals across 28 minutes during Saturday's 103-102 Summer League overtime loss to the Jazz.

Ejiofor flashed his elite defensive instincts, recording two steals in his first six minutes while also doing an excellent job on the glass. The 6-foot-8 big man created numerous second-chance opportunities for Atlanta, grabbing seven of his 11 rebounds on the offensive end, and he finished with a plus-10 differential in the narrow loss.

  • Hawks' Kingston Flemings: Hands out nine dimes

Flemings tallied 14 points (4-16 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-4 FT), nine assists, one rebound and four steals over 28 minutes during Saturday's 103-102 Summer League overtime loss to the Jazz.

While Flemings struggled to find his shot, he did an excellent job setting up his teammates, finishing with nine assists and just one turnover. He also disrupted passing lanes on the defensive end and knocked down a few clutch shots late to keep the Hawks within striking distance. The No. 8 overall pick in this year's NBA Draft will look for a more efficient outing Monday against the Thunder.

  • Cormac Ryan SG | MIL

Bucks' Cormac Ryan: Records 13 points in SL victory

Ryan finished with 13 points (3-8 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 3-3 FT) across 18 minutes in Saturday's 97-83 California Classic Summer League win over Warriors Blue.

Ryan had 13 points, though he struggled shooting the ball while failing to contribute in other statistical areas. The 27-year-old played relatively well in 11 regular-season games with Milwaukee in 2025-26, averaging 14.3 points, 2.5 rebounds, 1.7 assists, 0.5 blocks and 1.0 steals on 45.8 percent shooting from downtown over 24.6 minutes. Ryan may not see routine playing time for the Bucks in 2026-27. However, he might have an opportunity to carve out a meaningful role off the bench.

  • Ryan Nembhard PG | DEN

Mavericks' Ryan Nembhard: Scores 15 points in loss to Bucks

Nembhard finished with 15 points (4-11 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-3 FT), two rebounds and three assists over 21 minutes in Saturday's 97-83 California Classic Summer League loss to Milwaukee.

Although Nembhard didn't have a quality shooting performance, he still had a team-high 15 points. The 23-year-old recently had his $2.2 million team option picked up by the Mavericks. While he wasn't a routine producer for the Mavs during the 2025-26 campaign, he stepped up when needed by averaging 9.4 points, 2.9 rebounds, 6.8 assists and 0.4 steals on 40.4 percent shooting from deep across 25.7 minutes in 27 regular-season starts. Nembhard likely won't see consistent playing time for Dallas in 2026-27, though he could receive sporadic opportunities to start when necessary.

  • Bucks' Brandon Boston: Scores 17 points off bench Saturday

Boston finished with 17 points (6-9 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 3-3 FT), four rebounds, three assists and two steals across 23 minutes in Saturday's 97-83 California Classic Summer League victory over Warriors Blue.

Despite coming off the bench, Boston finished with a game-high 17 points while shooting an efficient 66.7 percent from the field. The 24-year-old began his NBA career with the Clippers, where he spent three seasons. He most recently appeared in 42 regular-season games for the Pelicans during the 2024-25 campaign, averaging 10.7 points, 3.2 rebounds, 2.2 assists, 0.2 blocks and 1.3 steals over 23.6 minutes. With that in mind, Boston could get another opportunity to suit up for an NBA team in 2026-27, especially if he continues to play well this summer.
