  • Cavaliers' Donovan Mitchell: Scores 22 points in narrow loss

Mitchell tallied 22 points (7-19 FG, 1-9 3Pt, 7-8 FT), three rebounds, three assists and a steal across 33 minutes in Thursday's 114-111 loss to the Hawks.

Mitchell struggled from beyond the arc, connecting on just one of nine attempts, and missed two potential game-tying shots on Cleveland's final possession. His seven made free throws helped salvage his scoring output, but overall, this was a subpar stat line for Mitchell, as he delivered underwhelming numbers in the playmaking department as well. Mitchell's substantial offensive responsibilities maintain his scoring upside, although sharing playmaking duties with James Harden could lead to a few games in which he'll cede the primary scoring and playmaking role to Harden's hot hand, as it happened Thursday.

  • Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Close to double-double, adds two swats

Allen posted 14 points (5-8 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 3-4 FT), eight rebounds, an assist and two blocks across 30 minutes in Thursday's 114-111 loss to the Hawks.

Allen remained efficient offensively while providing his usual rebounding and rim protection. His two blocks boosted his fantasy output, though he finished two rebounds shy of a double-double. Allen has shot at least 50 percent from the field in all but one of his first five appearances of this season, and he continues to form a strong partnership with Evan Mobley in the Cavaliers' frontcourt. Alen's strong field-goal percentage and defensive contributions continue to support his value in category-based formats.

  • Toumani Camara SF | POR

Trail Blazers' Toumani Camara: Hot start to season continues

Camara produced 13 points (5-10 FG, 3-8 3Pt), two rebounds, one assist, two blocks and two steals across 26 minutes during Thursday's 124-103 loss to the Grizzlies.

Camara scored double digits for the fourth straight game, while also adding four combined steals and blocks. He has been arguably the most consistent performer for Portland, averaging 15.5 points, 1.3 steals and 4.0 three-pointers in 25.0 minutes per game. He is currently shooting an impressive 61.1 percent from the field, well above what he has done throughout his career. Taking this into consideration, he could be viewed as a potential sell-high candidate.

  • Trail Blazers' Branden Carlson: Enters rotation Thursday

Carlson recorded two points (1-2 FG, 0-1 3Pt), two rebounds, one assist and two blocks in 12 minutes during Thursday's 124-103 loss to the Grizzlies.

Carlson saw his first minutes as a member of the Trail Blazers after having missed the start of the season due to a concussion. With Robert Williams (knee) given the night off, Carlson assumed the role of backup behind Donovan Clingan, although he didn't offer much outside of his two blocked shots. Given that Williams could return as soon as Saturday against Utah, there is no reason to consider Carlson outside of very deep formats.

  • Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Blocks five shots in loss

Clingan supplied 11 points (5-9 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 0-1 FT), eight rebounds, one assist, five blocks and one steal over 29 minutes during Thursday's 124-103 loss to the Grizzlies.

Clingan turned in arguably his best performance of the season despite the loss, chipping in across all major categories, including a season-high five blocks. While it has been a slow start to the season, Clingan is currently a top 80 player in standard leagues, averaging 9.8 points, 8.8 rebounds, 1.3 three-pointers and 2.3 blocks in 24.2 minutes per game.

  • Jaylen Wells SF | MEM

Grizzlies' Jaylen Wells: Empty performance Thursday

Wells logged 10 points (4-9 FG, 2-7 3Pt) and one rebound across 25 minutes during Thursday's 124-103 win over the Trail Blazers.

Wells scored double digits for the fifth straight game to begin the season, but offered very little in terms of supporting numbers. While he is technically a top 100 player this season, he is averaging just 13.8 points, 2.2 three-pointers and 1.2 steals in 28.1 minutes per game. His overall value is being fueled by unsustainable shooting, currently sitting at 56.8 percent from the field. Looking forward, he should be viewed as nothing more than a points streamer, outside of deeper leagues.

  • Grizzlies' Isaiah Stewart: Scores season-high 18 points

Stewart ended with 18 points (7-10 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds and one block across 16 minutes during Thursday's 124-103 victory over Portland.

Stewart dropped a season-high 18 points, although a lack of peripheral stats continues to be an issue. Having appeared in four games thus far, he has averaged just 9.8 points, 3.5 rebounds and 0.8 blocks in 17.5 minutes per game. Assuming Zach Edey's playing time continues to ramp up, there isn't much hope for Stewart being anything more than a situational streaming consideration.

  • Grizzlies' Scotty Pippen: Rough night Thursday

Pippen recorded two points (1-1 FG) across 14 minutes during Thursday's 124-103 win over the Trail Blazers.

Pippen's underwhelming start to the season continued Thursday, playing fewer than 15 minutes for the second straight game. Despite some chatter heading into the season that he could battle Ty Jerome for the starting point guard position, it is clear that he is simply not in the discussion at the moment. Through five appearances, he has averaged just 6.4 points, 2.0 assists and 1.0 steals in 16.0 minutes per game.

  • Cameron Boozer PF | MEM

Grizzlies' Cameron Boozer: Secures first career triple-double

    Boozer totaled 18 points (6-10 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 11 rebounds and 12 assists in 28 minutes during Thursday's 124-103 win over Portland.

Boozer carried his team to victory by making an impact on both ends of the court. He scored with efficiency, particularly from beyond the arc, and he did his usual damage on the glass. Boozer also flashed his playmaking ability, resulting in a team-high 12 dimes and the first triple-double of his young NBA career. The 19-year-old has now scored in double figures in four of his first five games following a quiet seven-point debut Oct. 21 against Utah.

  • Quinten Post C | MEM

Grizzlies' Quinten Post: Unable to return Thursday

Post (ankle) didn't return to Thursday's game against Portland. He recorded 10 points (3-5 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT) and four rebounds in seven minutes before exiting.

Post was off to a great start to Thursday's clash, and he may have had a significant opportunity to do damage in the second half if he hadn't tweaked his ankle, considering Zach Edey picked up four fouls before halftime. The severity of Post's injury isn't known at this time, and he can be considered day-to-day leading up to Saturday's game against Sacramento.
