  • Joel Embiid C | PHI

76ers' Joel Embiid: Adds 26 points in win

Embiid said after Monday's 119-109 loss to the Heat that he played through an illness, Ky Carlin of USA Today reports. He finished with 26 points (10-25 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 4-5 FT), seven rebounds, three assists and one block in 34 minutes.

Embiid didn't look quite himself during Monday's game and acknowledged afterward that he was feeling under the weather. He'll have Tuesday off to rest before Philadelphia's next game Wednesday in Washington. Embiid can be considered day-to-day until further notice.

  • Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Season-high 41 points in win

Wembanyama supplied 41 points (17-27 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 4-4 FT), 16 rebounds, four assists, three blocks and one steal across 31 minutes in Monday's 129-114 win over the Bulls.

Wembanyama exploited a favorable matchup against 6-foot-7 fellow Frenchman Guerschon Yabusele, who got the starting nod at center for the shorthanded Bulls. Wembanyama put up a season-high 27 field-goal attempts en route to a season-high 41 points, and he has now scored at least 20 in five of the last six games. The star big man also grabbed a game-best 16 rebounds, securing his fourth straight double-double with 15-plus boards. Additionally, Wembanyama was productive from beyond the arc following a seven-game stretch in which he shot just 22.5 percent from downtown.

  • Hawks' Onyeka Okongwu: Strong double-double in return

Okongwu posted 20 points (7-14 FG, 4-10 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists, three steals and one block over 36 minutes during the Hawks' 112-102 win over the Celtics on Monday.

Okongwu entered Monday's game having scored 11 points or less in four of his last five outings. It looked like it was going to be another low-scoring affair for the sixth-year big man, but he came out of halftime hot with 11 points in the third quarter and finished as the Hawks' co-leader in scoring with Jalen Johnson. It was Okongwu's 10th game of the season with four-plus three-pointers, and it was his first double-double since March 1. It was an encouraging performance out of the USC product, and that kind of production will help the Hawks as the team looks to improve its standing heading into the postseason.

  • Paul Reed C | DET

Pistons' Paul Reed: Starting sans Duren

Reed will start Monday's game against the Thunder.

With Jalen Duren (knee) sitting out the front end of this back-to-back set, Reed will step into the starting five. As a starter this season (eight games), the big man has averaged 13.9 points, 7.8 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 2.1 steals and 1.8 blocks in 27.8 minutes per contest.

  • Alex Sarr C | WAS

Wizards' Alex Sarr: Ruled out Monday

Sarr (toe) is out for Monday's game against the Lakers.

Sarr will miss a second straight game due to left big toe injury management. Tristan Vukcevic and Justin Champagnie figure to be leaned on heavily in Sarr's absence.

  • Clippers' Isaiah Jackson: Remains out against Portland

Jackson (ankle) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against Portland, NBA writer Justin Russo reports.

Jackson sprained his right ankle in Friday's 114-113 win over the Indiana Pacers and was subsequently ruled out for Sunday's game in Milwaukee. Without him, the Clippers may continue to rely on John Collins and Nicolas Batum to back up Brook Lopez in the middle.

  • Mavericks' Dwight Powell: Returning to bench

Powell isn't in the starting lineup for Monday's game against Minnesota.

Powell started his squad's last two matchups but failed to do much with the opportunity. He'll return to a bench role Monday with Daniel Gafford set to return from a right shoulder sprain.

  • Mavericks' Marvin Bagley: Ruled out versus Minnesota

Bagley (shoulder) won't play in Monday's game against Minnesota.

Bagley had 26 points, nine rebounds, three assists, one steal and one block across 27 minutes in Friday's 100-93 win over the Trail Blazers. However, he won't suit up Monday versus Minnesota due to left-shoulder impingement. Dwight Powell is expected to remain in the starting lineup, with Daniel Gafford (shoulder), who is available, in line to see minutes behind him off the bench.

  • Mavericks' Daniel Gafford: Upgraded to available

Gafford (shoulder) is available for Monday's game against the Timberwolves.

Gafford is back from a two-game absence due to a right shoulder sprain and should force Dwight Powell to the bench Monday. Over his last six appearances, Gafford has averaged 18.0 points, 10.5 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 25.9 minutes per game while shooting a robust 78.9 percent from the field.

  • Bulls' Nick Richards: Won't play Monday

Richards (elbow) won't play in Monday's game against the Spurs.

Richards will miss a third consecutive game due to a sprained right elbow. As a result, Guerschon Yabusele (ankle), who is available to play following a one-game absence, will presumably reclaim a spot in the starting lineup.
