Montgomery (ankle) is starting in right field and batting eighth Tuesday against the Red Sox.
A superficial skin infection in his right ankle resulted in Montgomery being scratched from the lineup for Sunday's matchup with the Rays, but he's all clear after Monday's team off day. The rookie outfielder has gone 1-for-15 with five strikeouts over his past four games and has a .239/.315/.384 slash line with three homers through 44 contests this year.
