Dunn will have ulnar nerve transposition surgery on his right elbow Wednesday, Charlie Goldsmith of Fox 19 Now Cincinnati reports.
Dunn was already out for the season following internal brace surgery in August, and he's now set to undergo an additional operation on his elbow. The first surgery left Dunn a question mark for Opening Day next year, and it's possible Wednesday's procedure lengthens his timeline.
