Reds' Blake Dunn: Moved to 60-day IL

The Reds transferred Dunn (elbow) to the 60-day injured list Thursday.

The transaction clears a spot on the 40-man roster for the addition of waiver claim Ron Marinaccio. Dunn underwent season-ending internal brace surgery on his right elbow earlier this week.
