Wynns went 3-for-5 with three doubles, an RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's 9-4 win over the Cardinals.
Wynns was added to the roster Friday when the Reds placed Tyler Stephenson on the paternity list. The 33-year-old Wynns is not expected to remain on the roster past this weekend.
