Mullins (quadriceps) is starting in center field and batting seventh Tuesday against the Dodgers, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.
The 29-year-old sat out the past two games after being lifted from Friday's contest due to quadriceps tightness, but he'll rejoin the lineup following Monday's team off day. Mullins has a .217/.321/.370 slash line with two homers and four steals through 20 games in August.
