Mullins is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Astros, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Mullins has gone 2-for-20 across his past seven games and will take a seat Sunday even though Houston is sending out a right-handed starter (Hayden Wesneski). Jonny DeLuca is starting in center field and batting sixth in the series finale.
