Mets C Travis d'Arnaud starts rehab assignment

Mets catcher Travis d'Arnaud, who has been sidelined with a sprained elbow since June 20, began his rehab assignment with Double-A Binghamton on Saturday, per ESPN.com. 

d'Arnaud went 1-for-3 and was behind the plate for five innings. If all goes well, the catcher could return to the Mets' lineup next week.
