The Marlins placed Rogers on the 10-day injured list Saturday with lower-back muscle spasms, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.
The lefty must have suffered the injury during Tuesday's start when he wasn't exceptionally sharp, walking three batters and allowing two runs in five innings. It's unclear how long Rogers will be sidelined with the back spasms. Braxton Garrett was recalled from Triple-A Jacksonville in a corresponding move.
