Marlins president of baseball operations Peter Bendix said Tuesday that Marsee will visit Dr. Keith Meister after dealing with left elbow soreness down the stretch of the regular season, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.
It's unclear how long Marsee's elbow has been bothering him, but more will be known about his status following his visit with Dr. Meister. Marsee did not show signs of being hurt in September, slashing .342/.441/.544 with three home runs and a 10:14 BB:K.
