Gordon is not in the lineup Friday against the Braves, Andre Fernandez of the Miami Herald reports.

Gordon has started the Marlins' past 16 games, so it seems that manager Don Mattingly thought it was time that the speedster got a day off. Derek Dietrich will fill in at the keystone in his stead.
