The Giants optioned Beck to Triple-A Sacramento on Friday.
Beck made two appearances with the Giants after coming up from Triple-A on Monday, during which he gave up two runs on three hits and two walks over 1.1 innings. He'll now cede his spot on the active roster to Trent Harris, who was promoted from Sacramento in a corresponding move.
