Buehler (13-2) earned the win Friday against the Mets after tossing 7.2 innings of two-run ball, giving up six hits while striking out eight.
Buehler allowed a homer to Pete Alonso and an RBI single in the eighth, but he was excellent the rest of the way and delivered another strong showing. He's now fanned at least eight in all but one of his last seven starts and has also allowed two or fewer runs in eight appearances in a row. He owns an excellent 2.11 ERA on the season.
