Pederson went 2-for-3 with a walk, a triple and a run scored in Sunday's 13-4 loss to Atlanta.
The Cubs didn't have much to celebrate in this one but can at least be happy about Pederson's first multi-hit game of the season. The outfielder is still batting just .149, which underscores how much he's struggled to begin his first year with Chicago. Perhaps the mini-breakout Sunday will help Pederson get going.
