Siani is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Pirates, John Denton of MLB.com reports.
Siani will join fellow left-handed hitter Nolan Gorman on the bench while the Pirates send southpaw Martin Perez to the hill. Dylan Carlson will check in for Siani in center field.
