Kings' Justin Powell: Joins Sacramento for camp
Powell and the Kings agreed to an Exhibit 10 deal Wednesday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.
Powell has zero NBA experience, but he spent the 2023-24 season with the Charge in the G League. Across 16 appearances, Powell averaged 7.4 points, 4.3 rebounds and 1.4 assists. He's considered a longshot to make Sacramento's final roster.

76ers' Justin Powell: Out for Summer League
Powell won't play in the Las Vegas Summer League due to a left groin strain, Kyle Neubeck of AllPHLY.com reports.
Powell has yet to make his NBA debut after spending the 2023-24 campaign in the G League. There is no indication his left groin strain will keep him out for the regular season. He is currently set to enter the 2024-25 season as a free agent.

Justin Powell: Issued release
Powell was waived by Cleveland on Saturday, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.
Powell joined the Cavs on a training camp deal back in September, but he was ultimately unable to secure a roster spot. If he fails to draw interest on the waiver wire, he'll likely report to Cleveland's G League team, the Cleveland Charge.

Cavaliers' Justin Powell: Signs with Cleveland
Powell signed a contract with the Cavaliers on Wednesday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.
Powell went undrafted this summer but joined the Heat for Summer League play. He averaged 2.0 points and 1.0 rebounds in 8.4 minutes per game over three appearances in the Summer League and will attempt to carve out a role in Cleveland during camp.

Heat's Justin Powell: Joining Miami for Summer League
Powell will join the Heat for Summer League, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Powell played collegiately at Auburn, Tennessee and Washington State but went undrafted Thursday. However, he's been invited to compete for a role with the Heat during Summer League. During his time at Washington State last year, he averaged 10.4 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.8 assists in 33.8 minutes per game.
