Jazz's Cody Williams: Four steals versus Wizards
Williams finished with 16 points (6-12 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, two assists, four steals and one block across 30 minutes in Thursday's 92-88 Summer League loss to Washington.
Williams averaged a career-high 8.8 points, 3.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 0.4 blocks and 0.8 steals over 24.3 minutes in 67 regular-season appearances in 2025-26. Although he had a quiet start to his second season in the NBA, he finished the year by averaging 15.2 points in six regular-season games in April. It's unclear how many more games Williams will play during his time in Las Vegas. However, as it stands currently, it appears he could be even more productive in 2026-27, especially if he gets consistent playing time.

Jazz's Cody Williams: Won't suit up Tuesday
Williams (rest) won't play in Tuesday's Salt Lake City Summer League game against the Thunder, Travis Green of ABC4 Utah reports.
Williams will get the night off in the second leg of this back-to-back set. His next opportunity to play will come in the Jazz's Las Vegas Summer League opener against the Wizards on Thursday.

Jazz's Cody Williams: Strikes for 18 points in SL win
Williams closed with 18 points (7-13 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 1-1 FT), eight rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block across 30 minutes in Monday's 109-100 Salt Lake City Summer League win over the Grizzlies.
Williams delivered an efficient outing in this one and finished as Utah's second-leading scorer behind Darryn Peterson (25 points). Williams also led all players in rebounds and has grabbed at least five boards in both of his appearances in Salt Lake City so far this summer. He took a significant step forward in his second NBA season, though playing time could be more difficult to come by in 2026-27.

Jazz's Cody Williams: Nets 17 points with three stocks
Williams recorded 17 points (8-13 FG, 1-1 3Pt), five rebounds, one assist, one steal and two blocks across 34 minutes during Saturday's 103-102 Summer League overtime win over the Hawks.
Williams put his athleticism on display with some thunderous throw-downs, though he could have done a better job of taking care of the rock, as he committed six turnovers. Still, the Jazz escaped with an overtime win and will look to keep the momentum going Monday against the Grizzlies.

Jazz's Cody Williams: Strong end to regular season
Williams registered 14 points (5-15 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-4 FT), three rebounds, six assists and two steals across 39 minutes during Sunday's 131-107 loss to the Lakers.
Williams was one of several Utah players who experienced growth as the season went on, though his improvements after the All-Star break were noticeable. Williams averaged 8.8 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game in his sophomore year in the NBA, but when considering only the games after the All-Star break, the former Colorado standout averaged 13.6 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.9 assists per contest. There was marked progress for Williams throughout the season after a difficult rookie season in 2024-25.

Jazz's Cody Williams: Rough shooting effort Friday
Williams had 14 points (6-16 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 0-2 FT), three rebounds and five assists in 34 minutes during Friday's 147-101 victory over the Grizzlies.
Williams didn't have a horrible showing Friday. However, he still had trouble finding the bottom of the net, which has been a recurring theme of late. With only one more game left on the regular-season schedule for Utah, Williams will presumably remain in the starting lineup in Sunday's meeting with the Lakers, assuming Isaiah Collier (hamstring) and Keyonte George (hamstring) remain on the shelf.

Jazz's Cody Williams: Strong line in loss to Houston
Williams ended with 27 points (10-16 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 7-10 FT), 11 rebounds and four assists across 38 minutes during Friday's 140-106 loss to the Rockets.
It took him nearly two full seasons in the NBA, but Williams is finally showing the potential that made him the 10th overall pick in the 2024 NBA Draft. The former Colorado standout remains a bit inconsistent, but he's scored at least 24 points in four of his last six games and has posted double-digit points in 12 of his 17 appearances since the beginning of March. Williams is undoubtedly ending the season on the most prolific stretch of his young career.

Jazz's Cody Williams: Puts up 26 points in loss
Williams ended Monday's 122-113 loss to the Cavaliers with 26 points (11-22 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-6 FT), six rebounds, four assists and two steals over 37 minutes.
Williams scored at least 24 points for the third time in his past four games, as he continues to play a sizable role for a team that certainly has both eyes on the future. However, despite his recent scoring splurge, Williams' overall fantasy value remains somewhat underwhelming. During that four-game span, he's shot a mediocre 70.6 percent from the free-throw line on heavy volume (4.3 attempts per game) and hasn't chipped in much outside of the scoring column (3.5 assists, 3.0 rebounds, 1.8 steals, 0.5 blocks, 0.0 three-pointers per game).

Jazz's Cody Williams: Another 24-point effort in loss
Williams amassed 24 points (9-14 FG, 6-7 FT), seven assists and two steals in 30 minutes during Friday's 135-129 loss to the Nuggets.
Williams has posted 24 points in back-to-back games for the Jazz, but Utah suffered losses in both contests. Still, the uptick in performances from the second-year forward out of Colorado is worth highlighting. He has scored in double digits in all but one of his last 11 games, averaging 17.6 points per game in that stretch, but things have been even better in recent weeks. Williams has scored at least 23 points in four of his last six games, and he seems to be growing in confidence with each passing game. This is clearly a promising end of the season for the former first-round pick, who could be a worthy addition for the fantasy playoffs if he's still available on the wire.

Jazz's Cody Williams: Drops 24 points in return
Williams notched 24 points (11-20 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 2-4 FT), four rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals across 37 minutes during Wednesday's 133-110 loss to the Wizards.
Williams returned after a one-game absence due to a minor shoulder concern, scoring at least 20 points for the third time in his past five appearances. Silly season has been a real highlight for Williams, allowing him to play a sizeable role for a team with no reason to limit him down the stretch. In six games over the past two weeks, he has delivered healthy numbers, averaging 20.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 1.0 steals in 33.2 minutes per contest.

Jazz's Cody Williams: Iffy for Wednesday
Williams (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Wednesday's game against the Wizards.
Williams could miss a second straight game due to right shoulder soreness. If the second-year swingman joins Brice Sensabaugh (rest) on the sidelines, Bez Mbeng, John Konchar and Kennedy Chandler would be candidates to see increased playing time.

Jazz's Cody Williams: Out Monday
Williams (shoulder) has been ruled out for Monday's game against Toronto.
Williams was downgraded from questionable to doubtful earlier Monday, so the fact that he's now been ruled out isn't much of a surprise. His next opportunity to play will arrive Wednesday against the Wizards.

Jazz's Cody Williams: Iffy for Monday
Williams is listed questionable for Monday's game against the Raptors due to right shoulder soreness.
The Jazz will likely wait and see how the second-year forward is feeling in the afternoon before deciding on his status ahead of the 9 p.m. ET tipoff. If Williams is unable to give it a go, the Jazz could lean more heavily on Brice Sensabaugh, Kennedy Chandler and Bez Mbeng to handle more minutes out of the backcourt.
