Duren closed Tuesday's 111-101 victory over the Cavaliers in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals with 11 points (4-11 FG, 3-4 FT), 12 rebounds, four assists and two blocks across 35 minutes.
Duren had begun the playoffs without a double-double in his first six games, but he's now recorded back-to-back doubles for the Pistons. Over eight postseason contests, the All-Star big man has averaged 10.6 points, 9.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.4 blocks in 31.9 minutes per game while shooting 50.0 percent from the field.

Pistons' Jalen Duren: Goes for 15 and 15 in Game 7 win
Duren logged 15 points (5-9 FG, 5-6 FT), 15 rebounds, three assists and one steal over 37 minutes during Sunday's 116-94 victory over Orlando in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Duren saved his best for last, recording his first double-double of the series as the Pistons outlasted the Magic at home. Despite Sunday's effort, Duren's overall production throughout the playoffs has been mostly underwhelming, at least when compared to the regular season. Across seven first-round games against Orlando, he averaged 9.4 points, 9.4 rebounds and 1.3 blocks.

Pistons' Jalen Duren: Five rejections in Game 3 loss
Duren logged eight points (3-10 FG, 2-2 FT), nine rebounds, one assist and five blocks in 27 minutes before fouling out of Saturday's 113-105 loss to the Magic in Game 3 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
The fourth-year center fell a bucket and a board short of his first double-double since April 2, but Duren made his biggest impact at the rim, with the five blocks topping any of his regular-season performances in 2025-26. Through three games in the series, he's averaging 9.0 points, 8.3 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 2.0 blocks in 30.7 minutes heading into Game 4 on Monday.

Pistons' Jalen Duren: Nears double-double in win
Duren racked up 11 points (4-10 FG, 3-5 FT), nine rebounds, four assists and one steal in 32 minutes during Wednesday's 98-83 victory over the Magic in Game 2 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Duren reached double figures in scoring but fell one rebound shy of a double-double in the Pistons' blowout win to even the series at one apiece. Coming off a breakout regular season in which he averaged 19.5 points, 10.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists on 65 percent shooting across 70 games, the 22-year-old has posted more modest numbers through two postseason contests, averaging 9.5 points, 8.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists on 50 percent shooting. While a big effort wasn't needed in Wednesday's win, Duren will need to play closer to his regular-season level for Detroit to make a deep playoff run.

Pistons' Jalen Duren: Well handled in Game 1 loss
Duren notched eight points (3-4 FG, 2-4 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and one block in 33 minutes during Sunday's 112-101 loss to Orlando in Game 1 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Duren was unable to make a significant impact, turning in one of his worst performances of the season. Despite playing 33 minutes, it was simply a rough night for Duren, who played a passive role on both ends of the floor and posted his worst scoring output since March 5. Based on the season he has put together, Duren will almost certainly be better when the two teams face off again in Game 2.
