Steiner (undisclosed) was waived with an injury designation Tuesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Steiner won't play in 2025 due to this move. The fullback out of Washington State had signed with the Seahawks earlier in August.

Seahawks' Wesley Steiner: Joins Seattle
Steiner signed with the Seahawks on Thursday.
Steiner is the third fullback on the roster, joining Robbie Ouzts and Brady Russell. Seattle is likely to keep one fullback on the 53-man roster for the regular season.
