Commanders' Trey Amos: Logs full practice Thursday
Amos (calf) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
Amos was forced to leave Sunday's 41-24 loss to the Raiders this past Sunday due to a calf injury. The rookie second-rounder was limited in Wednesday's practice, but his ability to fully participate in Thursday's session indicates that he should be cleared to play against the Falcons on Sunday, barring a setback. Amos has five tackles (four solo) and four pass defenses through the first three games of the regular season.

Amos is questionable to return to Thursday's game against the Packers due to a shoulder injury, Commanders writer Ben Standig reports.

Commanders' Trey Amos: Returns to action
Amos (hamstring) played 14 defensive snaps in Saturday's 30-3 preseason loss to the Ravens.
Amos was nursing a tight hamstring at practice throughout the week after missing the team's preseason matchup with the Bengals on Aug. 18. His return to action signals that he's a full go ahead of Washington's regular season opener with the Giants on Sept. 7.

Commanders' Trey Amos: Managing tight hamstring
Amos didn't play in Monday's preseason game against Cincinnati due to a tight hamstring, JP Finlay of NBC Sports Washington reports.
Head coach Dan Quinn said after Monday's contest that Amos would have played if it were a regular-season matchup, so it sounds like the rookie cornerback isn't dealing with a significant issue. At this point Amos' hamstring injury doesn't appear likely to keep him from being ready for Week 1, though his status for Washington's final preseason game -- which will take place Saturday against Baltimore -- is unclear.
