Titans' Chimere Dike: Role continues to expand
Dike recorded two receptions on five targets for 17 yards in Sunday's 22-21 win over the Cardinals.
Dike matched his season high in targets while also surpassing a 50 percent offensive snap rate for the first time in his career. His stat line wasn't particularly notable, but he did finish in a three-way tie for the team lead in targets. Dike will likely remain buried in priority in the offense behind Calvin Ridley, Elic Ayomanor and Chig Okonkwo, so there's no clear path to Dike contributing more consistently despite some positive signs regarding his involvement.

Titans' Chimere Dike: Not targeted in Week 4
Dike was not targeted in Sunday's 26-0 loss to the Texans. He recorded one rush for minus-four yards.
Dike was on the field for 35 percent of offensive snaps, but his only impact on the game came on special teams. He remained Tennessee's primary kick returner and averaged 23.5 yards on six attempts.

Titans' Chimere Dike: Stays involved

Dike recorded two catches on five targets for minus-one yard in Sunday's 33-19 loss to the Rams. He added two rushes for nine yards.
Dike saw a spike in his role in the Titans' offense, logging 27 snaps and four total touches. He didn't contribute much with the opportunity, though it was still encouraging to see him gain his footing in the offense early in his rookie campaign.

Titans' Chimere Dike: Larger role incoming?
Head coach Brian Callahan told reporters Friday that Dike has earned more opportunities as a wide receiver, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Tennessee's wide receiver corps underwhelmed in the Week 1 loss to the Broncos, but Dike emerged as one of the team's few bright spots. The 2024 fourth-round pick from Florida tallied 156 total return yards, including a 71-yard kickoff return to put the Titans in field-goal range right before halftime. Callahan told reporters that he's been impressed with Dike's play thus far, suggesting his offensive snap share will increase in Week 2 against the Rams. He figures to slot in as the Titans' third or fourth wide receiver Sunday.

Titans' Chimere Dike: Primary impact on special teams
Dike did not record a catch on his lone target in Sunday's 20-12 loss to the Broncos. He added one rush for nine yards.
Dike got his lone touch on a play from scrimmage on an end around early in the second quarter. However, he made his presence felt as a returner, picking up 144 yards on four kickoff returns and 12 yards on one punt return. Dike made a significant impact just before halftime, when he returned a kick 71 yards to allow the Titans to convert a field goal with six seconds remaining in the second quarter.

Titans' Chimere Dike: Will be Tennessee's returner
Dike will be the Titans' punt returner this season, Turron Davenport of ESPN.com reports.
Dike will also return kickoffs, along with Bryce Oliver. While Dike's offensive role remains to be seen behind Calvin Ridley (soreness), Tyler Lockett and fellow rookie Elic Ayomanor, it does sound like he'll at least be counted on to handle plenty of returns for Tennessee.

Titans' Chimere Dike: Limited impact in preseason finale
Dike recorded one catch on two targets for one yard in Friday's 23-13 preseason win over the Vikings.
Dike wasn't a starter even with Calvin Ridley (soreness) sidelined, and the former appears to be working clearly behind fellow rookie Elic Ayomanor. There's little question that Dike will make the roster, but his primary role could initially come on special teams. Per Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com, coach Brian Callahan praised Dike for his work as a returner following Friday's contest, which was highlighted by a 36-yard kick return.

Titans' Chimere Dike: Held catchless Friday
Dike failed to bring in either of his targets in Friday's 23-20 preseason win over the Falcons.
Dike got some run with Cameron Ward and the rest of the first-team offense Friday after entering with the second unit against Tampa Bay last week. The fourth-round rookie failed to haul in either of the targets hurled his way by Ward, giving Dike just one reception through two exhibition contests. The Florida product seems to be sitting behind Van Jefferson and fellow rookie Elic Ayomanor in the WR pecking order as the regular season inches closer.

Titans' Chimere Dike: Rotates in after Ayomanor
Dike recorded one reception (on two targets) for six yards in Saturday's 29-7 preseason loss to the Buccaneers.
Dike received his first target early in the third quarter, notably rotating in after Elic Ayomanor and Van Jefferson. His first opportunity was a deep shot from Brandon Allen, and Dike then hauled in his next target for a six-yard gain. Dike also returned one kickoff for 32 yards, which could be one of his primary roles to begin the regular season.
