Bears' Noah Sewell: Done for night
Sewell (concussion) has been ruled out for the rest of Monday night's contest against Washington, Sean Hammond of the Chicago Tribune reports.
Sewell suffered a blow to the head in the first half, which ultimately resulted in him being diagnosed with a concussion. In his absence, D'Marco Jackson will continue to operate in a more significant role at outside linebacker versus the Commanders.

Sewell recorded five tackles (one solo) in the Bears' win over the Raiders on Sunday.
With T.J. Edwards (hamstring) still battling his injury, Sewell started for the third time in four contests and played 96 percent of the defensive snaps against Las Vegas. Chicago has a Week 5 bye, and Edwards could potentially return after the open date. Through four games, Sewell has 30 tackles (17 solo), including a pair of TFLs.

Through three games, Sewell has games with 11, nine and five tackles. Sewell clearly has the ability to offer a high fantasy floor, especially if he is able to demonstrate consistency over the a multi-game span.

Bears' Noah Sewell: Leads team in tackles Monday
Sewell recorded nine tackles (seven solo) during Monday's 27-24 loss versus the Vikings.
Sewell was everywhere in Week 1, besting his tackle total from the entirety of the 2024 season in just one contest. It's hard to argue he didn't justify his expanded role in Chicago's regular-season debut, so the team may decide to keep him on the field on a regular basis as the year goes on. He's put his name on the IDP radar heading into a Week 2 matchup at Detroit.
