  • Bills' Kameron Cline: Could suit up Week 1

Cline was elevated from the practice squad Saturday ahead of Sunday's Week 1 opener against the Cardinals, Chris Jenkins of the Bills' official site reports.

Cline was an undrafted free agent in 2020, but he eventually earned a spot with the Colts and saw minimal duty from 2020-22. The Bills have two defensive linemen -- Dawuane Smoot (toe) and Javon Solomon (oblique) -- that have already been ruled out for Sunday's opener, so Cline could see spot action on special teams and as a defensive line backup.
