Jets' Joe Tippmann: Taking part in minicamp
Tippmann (ankle) is practicing Tuesday at mandatory minicamp, Antwan Staley of NY Daily News reports.
Tippmann, who was forced out of the Jets' regular-season finale due to an ankle injury, is practicing as usual to begin June minicamp. The 2023 second-round pick projects to start at center for New York's offensive line, which will face the task of protecting a 40-year-old Aaron Rodgers in his comeback from an Achilles' tear.

Jets' Joe Tippmann: Forced out Week 18
Tippmann is doubtful to return to Sunday's game against the Patriots due to an ankle injury.
Tippmann went down with the injury during the second half, leaving his status up in the air for the remainder of Sunday's contest. In his absence, Chris Glaser has stepped in at center for the Jets.

Jets' Joe Tippmann: Set to return Week 9
Tippmann (thigh) does not carry an injury designation for Monday's game against the Chargers, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.
Tippmann sustained the thigh injury in Week 6 against the Eagles and missed Week 8. It's a welcome return for the Jets' offensive line, as the team placed Connor McGovern (kneecap) and Wes Schweitzer (calf) on injured reserve Oct. 30.
