Seahawks' Charles Cross: Taken off injury report
Cross (finger) wasn't listed on Seattle's injury report Wednesday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
Cross has been injured since undergoing surgery to repair a dislocated finger in July but is seemingly back at full health. The 24-year-old is slated to return to his role as the team's starting left tackle once the regular season begins on Sunday.

Seahawks' Charles Cross: Ramping up participation
Cross (finger) participated in 11-on-11 team drills at practice Thursday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official website reports.
Cross has been slowly ramping up his participation at practice recently. Head coach Mike Macdonald described the offensive tackle as someone that "wants to do everything" and it seems like he's progressing well. Cross underwent surgery to repair a dislocated finger in late July, but he remains on track to be available for the team's regular-season opener Sept. 7 versus the 49ers.

Seahawks' Charles Cross: Undergoes finger surgery
Cross underwent surgery Thursday to repair a dislocated finger but is expected to be ready for the Seahawks' Week 1 season opener against the 49ers, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Despite practicing with the injury, Cross took the opportunity to fix the issue ahead of the start of the regular season. Cross started all 17 regular-season contests for Seattle last season and should once again man left tackle, this time protecting Sam Darnold's blind side.

Seahawks' Charles Cross: Fifth-year option picked up
The Seahawks exercised Cross' fifth-year option Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Cross will now be tied to Seattle through the 2026 campaign after having been selected ninth overall by the team in the 2022 Draft. He has only missed three games across his first three seasons and should serve as the teams starting left tackle once again during the upcoming campaign.
