Keilan Robinson: Placed on practice-squad IR
The Jets placed Robinson (undisclosed) on the practice-squad injured list Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
A fifth-round pick by the Jaguars last year, Robinson spent this past summer with the Eagles but failed to make the 53-man roster out of camp. He rushed 27 times for 57 scoreless yards during the preseason. Robinson will be unavailable for a promotion for at least the next four games of the regular season.

Keilan Robinson: Catches on with Jets
The Jets signed Robinson to the practice squad Tuesday, Susanna Weir of the team's official site reports.
Robinson was unable to make the Eagles' 53-man roster at the end of training camp but will get another opportunity with the Jets as a member of the practice squad. The 2024 fifth-rounder appeared in six regular-season games for the Jaguars in his rookie season but was waived by Jacksonville in early June. Robinson is a candidate to be elevated to the active roster for the Jets' Week 2 AFC East clash against the Bills on Sunday if Kene Nwangwu (hamstring) is unable to play.

Keilan Robinson: Let go by Philadelphia
Robinson was waived by the Eagles on Tuesday.
Robinson played in all three preseason games with the team, turning 27 carries into 56 rushing yards, while he also added one catch for six yards and four kickoff returns for 98 yards. The running back was claimed off waivers by the Eagles after the Jaguars cut him loose in early, and he may now be claimed once again before he'd hit open market.

Eagles' Keilan Robinson: Claimed by Eagles
Robinson was claimed off waivers by the Eagles on Friday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Robinson didn't take long to latch on with a new team after being waived by the Jaguars on Thursday. The 2024 fifth-round draft pick will compete for a spot on the Eagles' roster in camp, with Robinson's best chance of sticking around coming via his ability on special teams, where he can contribute as a kick returner and gunner.

Keilan Robinson: Cut by Jags
Jacksonville waived Robinson on Thursday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
Robinson played just five offensive snaps during his rookie season after being selected in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL Draft, and now he's getting cut during the offseason. He'll have to look for his next opportunity to make an impression elsewhere. The battle for the fourth running back slot on the Jaguars' depth chart is now likely between 2025 seventh-rounder LeQuint Allen and UDFA Ja'Quinden Jackson.

Jaguars' Keilan Robinson: No touches in finale
Robinson played two snaps on special teams during Jacksonville's Week 18 loss to the Colts.
The rookie fifth-round pick spent the first 11 games on the season on injured reserve due to a toe injury, and he almost exclusively played special teams in the six games he was active for. Robinson isn't likely to have a major role in 2025 with Travis Etienne and Tank Bigsby both still under contract.

Jaguars' Keilan Robinson: Comes off IR
The Jaguars reinstated Robinson (toe) from injured reserve Tuesday.
A 2024 fifth-round draft pick out of Alabama, Robinson has been sidelined for the Jaguars' first 11 games with a toe injury suffered early in training camp, but he'll get the chance to make his NFL debut coming out of the team's Week 12 bye. After being designated for return from IR on Oct. 30, Robinson has been a full practice participant for the past three weeks, an indication he's made a full recovery from the toe issue. With Travis Etienne, Tank Bigsby (ankle) and D'Ernest Johnson ahead of him in on the depth chart, Robinson may not have an opportunity to contribute on offense right away and could instead see most of his snaps on special teams, where he could be a factor as a return man.

Jaguars' Keilan Robinson: Won't return for Week 11
Robinson (toe) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Lions.
Robinson started the regular season on injured reserve due to a toe injury he suffered in late July. His 21-day practice window to return from IR opened Oct. 30, and while he was able to practice in full all week, he'll be held out for one more game. The Jaguars are on a bye for Week 12, so Robinson's next chance to suit up will be Week 13 against the Texans on Sunday, Dec. 1.

Jaguars' Keilan Robinson: Practice window opens
The Jaguars designated Robinson (toe) for return from injured reserve Wednesday.
Robinson's toe injury dates back to early in training camp and resulted in the Jaguars placing him on IR prior to Week 1. The rookie fifth-round pick is now ready to resume practicing, with the transaction opening up a 21-day evaluation window before he would need to be moved to the 53-man roster. Once activated, Robinson will provide depth out of the backfield behind Travis Etienne (hamstring), Tank Bigsby and D'Ernest Johnson, but the 24-year-old may make his greatest impact in the return game.

Jaguars' Keilan Robinson: Placed on IR with return designation
Robinson (toe) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday with a designation to return.
A new rule allows two players from each team to be designated for return when placed on injured reserve the day of roster cutdowns. Robinson, a rookie fifth-round pick, will now be out for at least the first four games of the season, with Week 5 marking his earliest possible date for an NFL debut. He's been out with a toe injury since late July, unable to practice or play in preseason games. Robinson had only 796 rushing yards and 332 receiving yards across one season at Alabama and three at Texas, but he added 897 yards on 38 kick returns (23.6 average) over his final two years. Robinson then ran a 4.42 40 at the 2024 Combine, confirming his potential as a return man in the NFL.
