Allgeier (knee) doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game at New England, Marc Raimondi of ESPN.com reports.
Allgeier played through the same injury last week and ended up handling a season-high 40 percent snap share in the 34-10 loss to Miami. He'll likely play much less this week, unless the Falcons end up in a blowout again

Allgeier (knee) was a limited participant at Thursday's practice.
Allgeier took a questionable tag into Atlanta's Week 8 loss to the Dolphins due to hip and knee injuries but wound up playing a season-high 40 percent snap share and scoring the Falcons' lone touchdown. He's back on the injury report Thursday after avoiding Wednesday's injury report. Friday's injury report will reveal whether Allgeier has an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Patriots.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Scores TD in loss
Allgeier rushed four times for four yards and a touchdown while catching both of his targets for 10 yards in Sunday's 34-10 loss to the Dolphins.
Allgeier played 40 percent of the Falcons' offensive snaps Sunday, his highest snap share of the season. The fourth-year running back's touchdown came late in the fourth quarter and was the only trip to the end zone in the contest. In what turned out to be a surprising blowout against the Dolphins, the Falcons' offense was unable to get much going against a vulnerable Miami defense. Operating as the clear backup to Bijan Robinson, Allgeier remains one of the top insurance policies in fantasy in the event that Robinson misses time due to injury. With that said, the 25-year-old backup does hold a bit of standalone value due to having a nose for the end zone in 2025. Allgeier has recorded four touchdowns so far this season, already matching a career high set in 2023 across 17 games. Next up for the Falcons is a Week 9 matchup against the Patriots.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Suiting up in Week 8
Allgeier (hip/knee) is active for Sunday's game versus the Dolphins, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.
After a week in which he was limited in all three practices due to hip and knee injuries and listed as questionable, Allgeier will be available to a Falcons offense Week 8 that will be led by QB Kirk Cousins, who is getting a spot start for the injured Michael Penix (knee). Allgeier has averaged just 3.6 YPC on his 57 rushes in six contests this season, but he could take advantage of the touches that don't go to top RB Bijan Robinson against a Miami defense that has allowed the fourth-most YPC (5.2) to opposing running backs in 2025.

Allgeier (hip/knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Josh Kendall of The Athletic reports.
Allgeier was limited in all three of Atlanta's practices during Week 8 prep. If Allgeier's unable to suit up Sunday against a Dolphins defense that has allowed the most rushing yards in the league to running backs, Nathan Carter would assume the top backup role behind Bijan Robinson.

Allgeier maintained his activity level from Wednesday's walkthrough, giving him just one more opportunity to get back to full participation during Week 8 prep. Even if he's able to suit up Sunday versus the Dolphins, though, his workload remains to be seen because he's handled double-digit touches in four of six appearances this season but combined for six touches in the other two contests.

Allgeier was listed as limited on Wednesday's practice estimate due to hip and knee injuries, Marc Raimondi of ESPN.com reports.
Allgeier has earned double-digit touches in four of six contests this season, but he's coming off the Falcons' Week 7 loss at San Francisco in which he took just four carries for 16 yards and wasn't targeted while starter Bijan Robinson notched 92 yards from scrimmage and a receiving TD on 20 touches. With a pair of inujries now in tow, Allgeier will have two more chances to prove his health this week ahead of Sunday's contest against the Dolphins.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Struggles to produce in Week 7
Allgeier rushed four times for 16 yards during Sunday's 20-10 loss to the 49ers.
Allgeier was a non-factor Sunday and got banged up in the fourth quarter. He returned a few plays later but didn't see any more touches. In the Falcons' three wins, Allgeier has rushed 42 times for 159 yards and three touchdowns. In their losses, however, Allgeieer has totaled just 44 rushing yards on 15 attempts. When Atlanta gets behind, the game script limits Allgeier's fantasy value.

Falcons' Tyler Allgeier: Scores early TD Monday
Allgeier carried the ball 10 times for 32 yards and a touchdown while catching his only target for six yards in Monday's 24-14 win over the Bills.
Allgeier got involved in the box score early with a 21-yard touchdown scamper on Atlanta's opening possession. The talented backup then took a back seat to starter Bijan Robinson, who ripped apart Buffalo's defense to the tune of 238 yards from scrimmage and a score of his own. Allgeier has generated some flex appeal after hitting pay dirt thrice over his last four appearances. There is a four-yard dud nestled in between, so fantasy managers should also be aware of Allgeier's drastic floor ahead of Sunday's tilt against San Francisco.
