Martin practiced in full last week, but he remained on IR. Considering the Western Kentucky product hasn't played yet this season, he may have needed extra conditioning time. However, his move to the 53-man roster suggests he should be good to go for Sunday's game against the Colts.

Lions' Brodric Martin: Sustains injury vs. Pittsburgh
Martin did not return to Saturday's presason game against the Steelers due to a leg injury, Nolan Bianchi of The Detroit News reports.
Martin limped off the field after being checked out with trainers and was diagnosed with a hyperextension, per Kyle Meinke of MLive.com. The 2023 third-round pick is battling for a depth spot at defensive tackle behind presumptive starters Alim McNeill and DJ Reader (quadriceps). Martin played in three regular-season games in his rookie year, finishing with three tackles (one solo).
