The Eagles released Marshall on Monday, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
Marshall was limited by a knee injury during training camp, but he managed to play in the final two preseason games and finished with seven catches (on 11 targets) for 66 yards. The 2021 second-rounder had his moments during practices and preseason games, but it wasn't enough for him to crack the Eagles' 53-man roster. Marshall was sidelined by a knee injury for most of the preseason but made a strong case for a spot on Philadelphia's 53-man roster by leading the team in catches and receiving yards in Friday's preseason finale. Eagles' Terrace Marshall: Logs another practice
Marshall (knee) participated in practice Wednesday, Martin Frank of The Delaware News Journal reports.
Marshall was sidelined for a couple of weeks before returning to practice in a limited fashion Saturday. The 25-year-old did not play in Philadelphia's preseason opener and should be able to suit up this Saturday as he tries to fight for a job in a wide receiver room that has some openings aside from the duo of DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown. He joined the Eagles on a one-year, $1.195 million contract in April after appearing in seven games for Carolina last season.

Marshall (knee) was a limited participant in Saturday's training camp practice, Dave Zangaro of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
Marshall did not play in the Eagles' 34-27 preseason win over the Bengals on Thursday due to a knee injury. He was cleared to return to practice Saturday, and while it was in a limited capacity, he did participate in team drills with the second-team offense, per Brooks Kubena of The Athletic. Barring any setbacks, Marshall appears on track to play in the Eagles' second exhibition game against the Browns on Saturday, Aug. 16.

Marshall was injured during Tuesday's session and hasn't practiced since. The 25-year-old signed with the Eagles back in April after spending 2024 with the Panthers, 49ers and Raiders. Marshall appeared in seven regular-season games last season, all with Las Vegas, and caught three passes for 41 yards on six targets. He's trying to win a job in a top-heavy Philadelphia wideout room behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith. Jobs are up for grabs behind the two locked-in starters, but Marshall needs to get healthy.

Eagles' Terrace Marshall: Landing with Philly
Marshall has agreed to a one-year deal with the Eagles, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Marshall, whom the Panthers took in the second round of the 2021 NFL Draft, is coming off a 2024 regular season in which he recorded three catches for 41 yards on six targets in seven games for the Raiders. With the Eagles, Marshall will have a chance to compete for depth slotting behind A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith, but as long as the top duo is healthy, steady targets will be hard for the team's other wideouts to come by.

Raiders' Terrace Marshall: Finishes season with three catches
Marshall played 14 offensive snaps but was not targeted in the Raiders' Week 18 loss to the Chargers, closing out his 2024 campaign with three catches for 41 yards on six targets across seven games.
Marshall was a late-October addition to the Raiders' practice squad before ultimately being activated for seven contests in the Silver & Black, providing depth at wide receiver following Davante Adams' departure to the Jets and DJ Turner's (knee) placement on injured reserve. Marshall is still only 24 years old, so the 2021 second-round pick will look to compete for a roster spot again in 2025, though it might not be in Las Vegas due to the upcoming arrival of a new head coach and general manager.

Raiders' Terrace Marshall: Catches 28-yard pass in win
Marshall caught one of two targets for 28 yards in Sunday's 25-10 win over the Saints.
Marshall made his longest reception as a Raider on a 28-yard pass from quarterback Aidan O'Connell early in the second quarter, but the former second-round pick was targeted just once in the second half as Marshall continued to play behind Jakobi Meyers and Tre Tucker. A much more difficult test awaits in Week 18 when Las Vegas hosts the Chargers.
