49ers' Robert Beal: Good to go for Week 6
Beal (groin) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against Tampa Bay, Greg Auman of Fox Sports reports.
After logging a pair of DNPs Wednesday and Thursday, Beal was removed from the injury report entirely Friday and appears to be ready to play after missing Week 5. Beal has appeared in just one game this season, seeing action on 12 defensive snaps and another 18 on special teams.

Beal (groin) has been ruled out for Thursday night's contest against the Rams, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Beal popped up on the injury report this week with an ankle injury after playing 12 snaps on defense, 18 snaps with the special-teams unit and failing to record any stats in Week 4 against the Jaguars. In his absence, Yetur Gross-Matos and Sam Okuayinonu will stand to see slight upticks in workload on the defensive line against Los Angeles.

Beal (groin) returned to practice Thursday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
Beal was hurt in San Francisco's preseason opener against Denver on Aug. 9 and missed the team's second preseason game against the Raiders this past Saturday. He could suit up for this upcoming Saturday's preseason finale against the Chargers, in which Beal will look to solidify his standing as a depth pass rushing option ahead of the 49ers' cutdown to 53 players on the roster for the regular season.

San Francisco head coach Kyle Shanahan said Saturday that Beal (groin) suffered an injury late during the team's 30-9 preseason loss to Denver, David Lombardi of SFStandard.com reports.
Beal will have a week to try and get healthy ahead of the 49ers' next preseason matchup, which will occur Saturday, Aug. 16 against the Raiders. The 2023 fifth-round pick is competing for depth opportunities at defensive end.

Beal will miss his second straight game due to an ankle issue. The second-year defensive lineman wasn't able to practice at all this week, and it's uncertain if he'll be able to suit up in San Francisco's season finale next weekend. Beal popped up on Friday's injury report as a limited practice participant due to an ankle injury. In a corresponding move, they placed safety George Odum on their injured reserve list. Beal was originally placed on IR prior to Week 1, but it seems like he could finally be on track to make his NFL debut in Week 13 at Philadelphia.
