Rams' Colby Parkinson: Catches late TD in win
Parkinson caught both of his targets for 14 yards and one touchdown in the Rams' 21-19 win over the Seahawks on Sunday.
With Tyler Higbee exiting early with an ankle injury, Parkinson saw an elevated role late in the contest and ended up catching what proved to be the game-winning six-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter. Parkinson has now secured 15 of 17 targets this season for 123 yards and two touchdowns. If Higbee needs to miss Week 12 against the Bucs, Parkinson could once again see more playing time on offense.

Rams' Colby Parkinson: Scores first TD of 2025
Parkinson brought in four of five targets for 41 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 42-26 win over the 49ers.
Parkinson turned in his finest fantasy outing of the season after hitting paydirt for the first time in 2025. The veteran backup's season line bumped up to 13-109-1, highlighting how little production the tight end has offered outside of Sunday's strong totals. Parkinson can safely be ignored in standard fantasy formats next Sunday against the Seahawks.

Rams' Colby Parkinson: Season-high three catches
Parkinson secured all three targets for 47 yards during Sunday's 35-7 win against the Jaguars.
The quartet of Rams' tight ends each played at least a third of the snaps on offense, with Parkinson leading the position group in yardage, Terrance Ferguson snaring a touchdown, and Tyler Higbee (who notably played the least out of the group) earning six targets. Given the diversity in usage between the four tight ends, a breakthrough for fantasy purposes seems highly unlikely. Parkinson's 7-58-0 receiving line is just slightly below his typical standard over the past three seasons, and his next chance to add to that total will be in two weeks, as the Rams are on bye in Week 8.

Rams' Colby Parkinson: No injury designation
Parkinson (concussion) does not have an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.
Parkinson was sidelined in Week 6 due to a concussion. However, he practiced in full throughout the week leading up to the matchup against the Jaguars and should be in line to play around 30 percent of offensive snaps.

Rams' Colby Parkinson: Full participant again
Parkinson (concussion) was a full participant in practice for the second day in a row Thursday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
The tight end missed last Sunday's win over the Ravens after suffering the head injury in Week 5 against the 49ers. Parkinson appears on track to play this Sunday versus the Jaguars. He has four catches for 11 yards in four games this season.

Rams' Colby Parkinson: Practices in full to start week
Parkinson (concussion) logged a full practice session Wednesday, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
Parkinson was sidelined for Sunday's game against the Ravens while recovering from a concussion. He reportedly cleared the league's protocol prior to the contest, though his ongoing presence on the injury report suggests otherwise.

Rams' Colby Parkinson: Not playing vs. Baltimore
Parkinson (concussion) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Ravens.
Parkinson cleared the league's concussion protocol and was given the questionable tag for Week 6, per Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register. Parkinson is not quite ready to return, so he'll observe Sunday's game in street clothes while Davis Allen and Terrance Ferguson serve as the Rams' depth tight ends behind Tyler Higbee. Parkinson's next opportunity to play is Week 7 against the Jaguars on Sunday, Oct. 19.

Rams' Colby Parkinson: Clears protocol but questionable
Parkinson (concussion) has cleared concussion protocol but will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Ravens, Rams coach Sean McVay said Friday, Adam Grosbard of the LA Daily News reports.
Parkinson is eligible to suit up Sunday after clearing concussion protocol, but the team will continue to monitor his status to ensure Parkinson doesn't suffer a setback. Even if Parkinson plays, his role in the passing game will likely be limited as part of a crowded Rams tight end room that includes Tyler Higbee (hip), Davis Allen and Terrance Ferguson.

Rams' Colby Parkinson: Remains limited Thursday
Parkinson (concussion) remained limited in Thursday's practice, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.
Parkinson picked up the concussion in last Thursday night's overtime loss to the 49ers. If neither Parkinson nor Tyler Higbee (hip) can play Sunday against the Ravens, Davis Allen and Terrance Ferguson would handle tight-end duties for Los Angeles.

Rams' Colby Parkinson: Limited Wednesday
Parkinson (concussion) logged a limited practice session Wednesday, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official sitereports.
Parkinson is in the league's concussion protocol after suffering a head injury in Thursday's loss to the 49ers. Though Parkinson will need to be officially cleared, coach Sean McVay said that he expects the tight end to be available in Week 6 against Jacksonville.

Rams' Colby Parkinson: In concussion protocol
Parkinson is in the league's concussion protocol, but coach Sean McVay said Monday he expects Parkinson to be available to play Sunday against the Ravens, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
With Tyler Higbee (hip) out last Thursday night against the 49ers, Parkinson started the game and played 37 percent of the Rams' offensive snaps. He failed to catch his lone target, which was an end-zone shot from Matthew Stafford. Parkinson has four catches for 11 yards on five targets this season.

Rams' Colby Parkinson: Blanked again
Parkinson failed to secure his only target during Thursday's 26-23 overtime loss to the 49ers.
Even with Tyler Higbee (hip) out of action, Parkinson took a back seat to Davis Allen in terms of snap count (41 to 25) and overall production, with Allen turning his two targets into 24 yards. The goose egg marks Parkinson's second fruitless outing in three weeks, and his four receptions this year have combined for just 11 yards. Terrance Ferguson also got into the mix with a catch of his own, and the quartet of Rams tight ends will remain difficult to use for fantasy purposes even with the Ravens and their league-worst 133 points allowed next on the schedule in Week 6.

Rams' Colby Parkinson: Makes two grabs
Parkinson (shoulder) secured both of his targets for 17 yards during Sunday's 27-20 win against the Colts.
A nagging shoulder injury wasn't enough to cost Parkinson his second game of the season, and he played roughly 30 percent of the snaps on offense and made a few catches with his limited time on the field. Tyler Higbee (hip) saw five targets and nearly doubled Parkinson's snaps on offense, and has clearly reclaimed his role as the top tight end for the Rams. Davis Allen and Parkinson were nearly tied (22 to 21) in snap count, and while the duo are likely close in terms of who the No. 2 tight end is on the depth chart, the role has little fantasy value at the moment, even with the 49ers' depleted defense next on the docket on Thursday Night Football in Week 5.

Rams' Colby Parkinson: Active Sunday vs. Colts
Parkinson (shoulder) is active for Sunday's Week 4 matchup against the Colts, Sarah Barshop of ESPN.com reports.
The journeyman tight end will once again play through the nagging shoulder issue that dates back to Week 1 and cost him one game already this season. Despite his active status, Parkinson looks to be slotted in at No. 3 on the depth chart at the moment, with Davis Allen having seemingly surpassed him for the job of primary backup to Tyler Higbee (hip).
