D'Vonte Price: Deal with Indy expires
Price's (undisclosed) practice-squad contract with the Colts expired Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Price spent the preseason with Indianapolis before getting waived as part of the team's final roster cuts in late August. The undrafted rookie then spent the entire season on the practice squad outside of his lone elevation Week 6. He then remained idle before landing on the practice-squad injured list with an undisclosed issue Nov. 9. While the nature of this injury was never revealed, Price will now look to secure a new contract at some point this offseason.

Colts' D'Vonte Price: Joins active roster for Week 6
Indianapolis elevated Price from the practice squad to its active roster Saturday ahead of Sunday's game versus Jacksonville.
Price will likely suit up for his first NFL game Sunday. The undrafted rookie out of Florida International has a skinny build for a running back, but he flashed exceptional speed at the combine (4.38-second 40) and was very effective as a rusher in college.

D'Vonte Price: Waived by Indy
The Colts waived Price on Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Price signed with the Colts in May as an undrafted free agent out of Florida International, where he ran 129 times for 682 touchdowns during his final collegiate campaign. However, he failed to make a major impact during preseason and now finds himself among a wave of cuts ahead of Tuesday's 53-man roster deadline.
